In this next level of Core Reclaim, we build upon the foundational principles learned in Core Reclaim, empowering you to safely progress into more challenging Pilates and strength-based core exercises. Yes, these will be harder, but WOW, will you be stronger!
During these 4 weeks, expect to see a real shift in your strength during activities outside of your Pilates practice with me: running, yoga or simply lifting your kid with ease, I can't wait for you to feel this powerful shift from the inside out.
By the 4th week of this course, you will be safely holding plank positions for up to 60-90 seconds, feel confident and controlled when squatting, and possess a strong, fundamental knowledge of foundational Pilates core exercises.
